Sales Representative
Apex North America is a leading global organization specializing in ink transfer rollers. With multiple production facilities worldwide, Apex is recognized as the market leader in this industry. We are currently expanding our presence in the Wisconsin region and are assembling an enthusiastic, dynamic team that values professionalism, collaboration, and growth. Position Overview:
Apex North America, located in Donora, Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual based in Wisconsin to join our sales team. This is an entry-level role that does not require prior experience; however, experience in the printing industry is considered a plus. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-versed in our products and the graphic industry.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for traveling extensively within your territory, engaging in face-to-face customer visits to promote and sell Apex products. This role requires travel four days per week and involves managing the sales process, including preparing quotes. The position includes a base salary, a monthly car allowance, and the potential to earn an extra six-figure income through our commissions structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Apex North America’s product offerings and the broader graphic industry, including proficiency in Salesforce.
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits across your assigned territory, based in Wisconsin.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Independently prepare quotes and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive the company’s growth and success.

Qualifications:
- Must be based in Wisconsin or willing to relocate.
- A minimum of a college degree is required.
